2 c Fine Sea Salt or Sugar (white granulated or brown)

1/4 c extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tbsp honey

4-5 drops favorite essential oil for aromatherapy effect (optional)

Simply add all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly.

Then scrub away any dead skin cells from you face and body using a gentle circular motion focusing on any troublesome spots like elbows and knees. Rinse and reveal your glowing, fresh, smooth skin.
